TOEFL READING TIPS

In the TOEFL reading section, there are five common mistakes almost every TOEFL student makes when preparing for the exam. It's crucial for you to know what these common mistakes are and how to avoid them.

During the TOEFL reading, make sure you don't read the passage first because you won't have enough time to answer the questions. Make sure you also take notes during the TOEFL reading. You don't have to take notes on every detail, but instead on the questions and what choices you eliminate.

When you prepare for the TOEFL reading make sure you study the same passage multiple times. You don't want to just take a test, check your answers and forget about it. You want to make sure that you go back and check to make sure everything is correct.

Also, right now you are watching Youtube. That's okay, at first, but the real improvement and preparation will come when you actually start to practice and do real TOEFL examples.

2. Beware of the modifier.

3. Identify the question type.

4. Narrow your focus and limit your keywords.
